![]() If the situation is still unresolved then please reach out to Zline directly to provide feedback about New Leaf and the situation with the range. I have spoken with Chloe at Zline and was informed New Leaf had contacted you. I am sorry for the delayed response today. Email today, after spending a LONG time on the phone with Jennifer yesterday: Reminder: I have called all the larger repair outfits in my region- NONE are willing to work on Zline.Īnd now the resolution center at Home Depot is also failing as they take Zline/Newleaf's communications at face value. I'm not sure which scenario looks worse for Zline and their current business model. So now I have been twice misled either through intent or incompetence. ![]() ![]() I call Newleaf back and ask if they refer customers to businesses they have an actual relationship with or just do a quick Google search and forward the info. I call the Gas Connection and the intake person confirms that they have NEVER done appliance repair and the all calls go through her and Newleaf DID NOT call earlier. Looking at their website, The Gas Connection does indeed connect all manner of gas - consuming devices and DOES NOT repair any type of appliance. I note that the name in no way suggests appliance repair. They give The Gas Connection name & phone #. Appliance franchises are more legit)Īttempt #2, "The Gas Connection": Newleaf calls to tell me that they have my repair arranged now, but the service provider requires that I pay for the initial visit first, and Newleaf will reimburse me. A few hours later a different Newleaf person calls me to inform me that, shockingly, Mr. Appliance is a repair outfit with its own staff and she will call them and get me an appointment and personally call me back. Appliance would appear to be an empty referral franchise, with no physical address and employing zero repair techs. About 5 hours later Newleaf calls back to confirm I got a call and I tell them I didn't and that Mr. Appliance: Newleaf calls to say that "Mr. Continuing to await the call.If folks do not know, Zline outsources all service oversight to Newleaf.Īttempt #1, Mr. so what's the next question in the long line of questions that are not assisting me with my issue of being robbed every month. I'm not entirely sure, why the first message said to call, which i have done several times, now the second is asking for the business name - why? are you suddenly going to help? it is Avonshire Inc. They have been billing for over 5 months - i called to cancel within the cancellation window, but they say i did not and that once you apply for the "try-out" you are locked in for a year. EDIT - now they reply with a generic review and the telephone assistance is just as useless. Regardless of how many times you try to get this corrected, it doesn't matter, because they just keep billing you every month - you can't get out of it. DO NOT TRUST - they take your credit card info and start billing you - SCAM - they give you a month for free, you call in to cancel and they keep billing your credit card.
